When making impellers, due to various factors, the center of mass of the impeller inevitably deviates. The dynamic balance of a centrifugal fan impeller actually refers to adding a certain amount of counterweight to bring the center of mass of the impeller closer to the center of rotation until the required balance level is reached.
Of course, the dynamic balance of the impeller is only one of the relevant factors. The vibration value is also related to the installation conditions. If the installation accuracy is not high, the vibration value of the centrifugal fan is easily too high. If not debugged in a timely manner, it will affect the effectiveness of use.
In response to this situation, it is necessary to promptly debug the performance of the centrifugal fan after installation. We usually judge based on the horizontal, longitudinal, and axial vibration values of the centrifugal fan bearings. If these vibration values are qualified, the centrifugal fan equipment will be allowed to be sold from the factory.
